All of our classes are accessible for all levels including the beginner Yogi. Our Staff will show you around and help set you up for an enjoyable experience.

Sculpt & Flow
This Vinyasa style yoga class incorporates flowing traditional poses and sun salutations PLUS upper body strengthening exercises with light weights, and core work. Focusing on breath, alignment and strength for a full body workout. This class is for all levels, encouraging you to honor and explore your abilities, making this class your own. Join this class to feel amazing all over!

Hot Power
Students can expect a traditional Power Yoga Flow. The room is heated to 94 degrees. Bring a towel and water.
Flow to Restore
FLOW to Restore class. We will begin with flowing poses warming up the body, promoting meditative movement. Following with deep relaxing postures with the help of props to support your body leaving you feeling blissful. Each week we will explore different themes to meditate on Oracle and Tarot Cards as well as Crystal Singing bowls and Reiki assists will pop up during these classes.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a flowing class that moves at a slower pace.
Beginning with meditation and breath work, gently easing you into a meditative vinyasa practice. Ending with lovely essential oil assists. This class invites you to slow down and unwind.

All Levels Flow
This Vinyasa style yoga class incorporates flowing traditional poses and sun salutations, focusing on breath and alignment to bring inner strength and clarity to your practice. This class is for all levels, encouraging you to honor and explore your abilities, making this class your own. Expect a fully balanced class each week that will leave you feeling strengthened both mentally and physically. Class will always conclude with a practice of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling fabulous inside and out.

Mindful Flow
students are guided through an intentional flow with a focus on breathing and staying present. We'll begin with simple breathing techniques, followed by a yoga flow, some qigong and mindful stretching as we make our way toward savasana. This class is designed to help students deepen their practices by connecting to their bodies in a meditative way.
