FLOW
FLOW Our signature FLOW class is a balanced blend of vinyasa, meditation and deep stretches to leave you feeling Centered. Non-heated and warm classes.
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Strong FLOW
Strong FLOW is a class that incorporates strength training and FLOW yoga. Combining vinyasa flow, and light weights and upbeat music, this class will provide a full workout for body and mind.

Beginner FLOW

Beginner FLOW new to Yoga or returning to your practice Beginner FLOW will set you up with a strong foundation. Even paced class focusing on cues, and alignment will help you connect to your body, mind and breath.

Power FLOW
Power FLOW - This quick-paced FLOW yoga is a high energy flow that will build your inner fire.

Slow FLOW

Slow FLOW & Nidra is a FLOW class that moves at a slower pace and incorporates deep stretching and longer holds. This practice is appropriate for those seeking a softer relationship between flow and strength building.

FLOW Restore & Reiki
FLOW Restore & Reiki will begin with gentle flowing poses promoting meditative movement then getting into deep relaxing postures with the help of props to support your body. Soften into passive stretching and let your mind and muscles take a break. This is a perfect compliment to your busy day. This class will end with an energy healing Reiki treatment leaving you feeling blissful.
