I was introduced to yoga over ten years ago, and the meaning of my yoga practice has vastly transformed through the phases of my life.
I graduated my 200 hour yoga teacher training in March 2021 and I am honored to support and connect with others witnessing their own yoga journey.
My teaching style aims to welcome all bodies in a safe space through trauma informed practices and mindfulness.
Together we honor the limbs of yoga, and recognize how our yoga flows well beyond the mat.
