HI, I'm Noelle! I live in North Reading with my family, work in Boston developing athletic apparel, and find complete joy and peace in the chaos when I am guiding or practicing yoga. I began my practice over 20 years ago as a way to "stretch" after running. After enduring years of wear and tear from pounding many miles of pavement I finally allowed myself to slow down and feel the benefits of the breathwork in yoga. I received my 200 hour YTT certification through One Powered Yoga guided by Julie Wetherbee in 2018, followed with a Reiki II certification from Karen Cullen. I love this journey!
I still run, quite a bit, but a balanced yoga practice where I truly listen to my body has helped to keep me injury free for over 10 years.
The classes I lead are a vinyasa style flow, where each pose or movement is meant to guide you into the next. There are "power" points meant to increase heart rate and sweat, coupled with deep "restorative" poses and moments for quiet meditation. I teach an all levels class, and can offer modifications to make poses more accessible or challenging depending on your needs that day.
My playlist changes frequently, and is known to have a wide array of genres, meant to be a subtle soundtrack for your experience.
